Plan Description
Gables and stone facing give this plan a classic and stately appearance. An interior column shows the way to a sprawling great-room, warmed by a fireplace set next to built-ins. The great-room, with its wall of windows, opens to the covered deck out back, which can also be privately reached from the grand master suite. A built-in desk and pantry combine to make organizing the kitchen a bit easier, as the corner breakfast room looks onto the front yard through its corner window. But the lower floor is truly the best spot to entertain guests or family, with its wide-open game room and media room, enhanced by a built-in wetbar and access to a rear covered patio. A bonus playroom atop the garage adds 390 square feet. This home is designed with basement, slab, and crawlspace foundation options.

SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
SCHEMATIC ELECTRICAL LAYOUT is included unless the plan employs exterior log wall construction.
