Garage Plan 86027 is considered a bonus because it’s not actually an apartment, though it could function as one. The exterior is utterly charming with three dormer windows, stone bases for the columns, cedar shake siding and a lighted cupola. Instead of a bedroom and kitchen, this garage is set for entertaining with a wet bar in the corner and plenty of space for a pool table.
