Round topped windows give House Plan 62097 instant street appeal, and 2050 square feet is able to accommodate a large family with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. At the heart of this design is the generous great room which is accented with a fireplace. The great room and kitchen are tied together with an eat at counter top. Guests can sit and chat during meal preparation or kids can lay out school books and get some help with their homework. European House Plan 78827 lacks the traditional front facing gables on the main roof, and the rooms are a bit larger as it

has 2050 square feet of living space but one less bedroom. This split floor plan places the bedrooms on the left and the living space on the right. One is greeted again by the dining room right off the foyer. An open, U shaped kitchen rests between the laundry room / pantry and the breakfast room which affords a view of the front yard. Two smaller bedrooms each have a large walk in closet and share a bath with double vanities.

European Craftsman House Plan 61353 has a stone and brick veneer with front facing gables and a pointed, hipped roof over the great room. Working well for a narrow lot, this design measures 39’4 x 63’2 with 1480 square feet. The impressive great room has ten foot ceilings and a peninsula fireplace. Off the great room, your family will enjoy meals together any time of day in the expansive kitchen. With an island, eat at open bar and breakfast nook complete with bay windows, you won’t hear any excuses for not finding time to eat. A secluded private entrance with french doors from the master suite to a rear covered porch allows you the opportunity to “get away” from it all.
