Traditional Craftsman House Plan 96110 is shown in a grassy meadow before a mountainous terrain. Stone in the exterior blends well with this wild landscape, but it would also look clean and comfortable in a new housing development with neighbors right next door. A shingled roof is complemented by a couple of metal overhangs, and the white siding makes a great background for the warm tone of the wooden doors. Entering from the garage brings you into a snug mud room with coat closet and lockers to help everyone stay organized. The computer nook and powder room have space saving pocket doors. A large family will be very comfortable with the master suite on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs, each with their own walk in closets.
Southwest House Plan 96111 is an elegant design with light stucco exterior, clay tile roof and arched doorways. The

back of the house is decked with windows which would be a great way to enjoy a lifetime of sunsets. Greeting you through the main entry is a spiral staircase going down to the basement and an open floor plan with columns marking room division between the great room and dining room. Ideal for a family with one child or perhaps a retired couple, this plan has its master suite on the right side of the home and one additional bedroom on the left. Bedroom two would work as a rental with its private bathroom and direct access to the garage.

Traditional Craftsman House Plan 96112 is shown with a stone and gray stucco exterior. Arched windows and doorways as well as decorative exposed wooden rafters on the gables add charm to this design. Another split garage offers plenty of space for parking. Entering through the garage gives you instant access to the powder room, laundry room and staircase. A curved staircase in the foyer leads up to the master suite and two smaller bedrooms.
