New Florida Coastal House Plan

Coastal House Plan 75915 is the type of mansion that you would find on the Florida coast. An arched front door is topped by a balcony porch with French doors and flanked by his and hers carports. There’s no need for a garage when you are enjoying a tropical climate all year ‘round. Dancing around the light colored exterior walls are the shadows of palm fronds, and blue shades provide a partial filter for the mood-enhancing Florida sunshine. With an abundance of glass doors, enjoy lofty views of the ocean from almost every room. In addition to 6,189 square feet of living space within, this plan offers almost 3,000 square feet of outdoor living space! Spanning the back of the house is a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen. Two staircases lead down to the sand for a walk on the beach.

A grand staircase greets you in the foyer, drawing your eyes up to the ceilings which boast elaborate designs throughout the home. The grand room measures 23’2” by 30’4” and is accompanied by a wet bar for convenient entertaining. Slip down the hallway for the master retreat which is complete with a sitting area, dressing area, morning coffee bar, his and hers walk in closets and enormous bathroom with soaking tub, shower, two sinks and two private toilet rooms. What’s better than one master suite? Two master suites of course! The equally opulent second master suite upstairs would make a luxurious guest room, but you may want to be careful, because they will not want to leave!

The dining room is open to a kitchen which has a huge island for cooking space and meal preparation, and the pantry is proportioned for the most serious cook / entertainer. Down the hall we have a storage room and small study nook. To help out with the laundry, the utility room includes a sink and plenty of counter space for sorting and folding clothes. Through a set of French doors you will find a private office, and across the hall is an elevator to save you another trip up the staircase.

From the stair landing on the topmost level, you have access to the front covered porch through a set of French doors. Two smaller bedrooms are each equipped with a walk in closet and bathroom with a shower. Outdoor space includes two covered porches and a sun deck. Slather on the sunscreen and lean on the rail to drink in a beautiful view, or lay out in the shade on lounge chair with a good book.
