New Victorian Farmhouse Plan 76914 has 2,150 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.  The welcoming exterior features ornate Victorian details with muti paned windows and gingerbread porch brackets. Pleasing country elements are included with a cupola and arched barn-style garage doors.

Entertaining space is central in this design. The foyer provides a landing spot between the formal dining room and the kitchen, and when you look up in these rooms—you will fall in love with the 10’ coffered ceilings. The kitchen offers an eating bar, buffet and walk in pantry.

Pass through the discreet powder room to access the full size utility room with 6’ of clothes hanging space. From the mud room we have two exits: one leading to the back porch and the other to the two car garage.
