European House Plan Features

New European House Plan has 3,737 SQ FT of living space, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Stone and brick siding adds interest to the exterior. A large picture window and the entrance are topped with European arches. A brick parapet disguises the side-load garage from the street view. Board and batten shutters frame the windows.

 

Living Space

Notice the special ceiling treatments as you enter. The foyer has a vaulted ceiling. The living room has a cathedral ceiling. Create a custom ceiling in the dining room. The living room and dining room are separated by a double-sided fireplace.

From the dining room, a small passageway leads to the luxury kitchen. A walk-in pantry adds storage. Guests and family members will enjoy the eat-at bar. Together, the kitchen and breakfast area are 20’10” x 21’.

The great room is outlined with columns and grounded by the fireplace. Walk through the gallery to access the powder room.

 

Work Space

The left wing of the home is a dedicated work space. Enter from the garage to find an office, laundry room, powder room and storage closets.
