Country House Plan 86344
Total Living Area: 2,010 SQ FT
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 2.5

House Plan 86344 shows county appeal in a dormer with eyebrow window and flowers hanging from the eaves. The 8 foot deep porch wraps around the left side of the home and ends with a 10 foot screened porch in the back. Sliding or French doors open to the breakfast area which has a wall of windows for a view of the back yard.

The kitchen island allows seating for five people and shares space with the great room. Cozy couches can be placed in front of the massive fireplace, and you might pluck a leather-bound volume to read from the bookcase beside it.

The master suite does not disappoint as the ensuite has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. Bedrooms two and three are located on the opposite end of the house and share a bathroom.

There is room to expand with a bonus area over the garage.

Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms: 4

Country House Plan 61470 boasts a wrap-around porch with 647 square feet which surrounds the front portion of the home. A nine-foot ceiling increases the lofty appearance. Outdoor living space is continued in the back with a porch measuring 19′ x 12′.

Walk in at the foyer, and you will find an open formal dining room to the left. Abundant windows look out over the porch. On the right is the study—if you add a closet, the home can be marketed as a 4 bedroom.

A 12′ ceiling in the living room adds luxurious volume. The L-shaped kitchen has an island/eating bar measuring 10′ x 14′. The family will enjoy informal dining in the nook beside the kitchen.

All expected amenities are included in the master suite, but a major selling point is found in the closet. The closet is so large that it should be called a dressing room. It includes a dresser and mirror where you can make last-minute changes to your ensemble in the mornings.

Occupants of the two bedrooms upstairs will be pleased to have their own bathrooms. You may choose to set up a game room for kids in the optional bonus room on the second floor.
