Our company sells pre-designed blueprints. Blueprints is the old-fashioned way of saying “house plans.” We sell the plans that you would purchase and give to your builder so he can build the house for you. We don’t build or sell the materials. You would need to hire a builder and purchase materials locally.
Do you have a plan that would include a 3 care garage? We’d like to see what that would look like.
We may be interested in outfitting the most distant 3rd garage into an Artists studio space (central AC/heat. We’d be open to altering the garage front with windows rather than a door

Does the plans come with electrical and plumbing diagram?

Pre-drawn house plans do not, and cannot come with plumbing or mechanical (heat and air) plans. Those items are site specific and change drastically depending on many factors, including local codes, solar orientation, insulation choices, local codes, equipment used, etc. There is simply no way to produce a plumbing or heat and air plan that would be useable for people outside of any given area. These items must be done by local professionals familiar with your local codes and knowledge of your specific site conditions, etc.
If someone else claims to include those items, they would only have a generic layout, which would not be useful to most people.
