In the rear is the covered lanai providing shady outdoor living space. The ceiling fan keeps you cool in the summer. The outdoor fireplace keeps you warm and toasty in the winter. This outside relaxation area measures 17′ x 15′. Connected is a smaller covered sitting area that is accessed from the master suite through a set of French doors.
Upstairs is a very large bonus space that is divided by the staircase. One side is 11′ x 16′, and the other side is 16’3 x 16′. Either or both sides could be used as a bedroom if closets were added.
