Secondly, Plan 81652 is a bit of an upgrade. This Cabana Plan (149 sq ft living space) is not your ordinary, bland pool house. On the contrary, it’s replete with charm as seen in the flared eaves, board and batten shutters, rustic wooden columns, vertical white siding, and a combination of shingles and metal on the roof. Stay cool with a dip in the pool, and then retreat to the shade of the covered porch and covered bar / kitchen area when the sun gets a little too hot. Inside, we find a bath and storage.
