We are ready to purchase this home plan but had a couple of questions. If we pay the additional $350 for the crawl space, can we still have the original plans for the basement as well? Also, how much additional time is required for the 2x6 add on?

A:Our plans come with one ( standard )foundation perplan set . Our plans are a one time license to build.
If a potential client would like a different foundation, it is an additional charge of $350.00 to be added to the base plan purchase price.
If they order a crawlspace , they will not receive the original plan with the basement floorplan.
For the completion of the 2x6 it will be 7-10 business days from the time we receive the order.
Q:If I choose crawlspace instead of the basement, will the square footage of the house change? What happens to the area showing the basement stairs?
A:The area showing the basement stairs , in crawlspace option it would be a study ( 9'-5" x11'-5")
