Q:Does this plan specs notes page have 2021 IBC?
A:These plans are designed to meet the latest version of the IRC along with the Oregon amendments. The two codes are very similar and while you’ll need to do some minor updating to ensure you meet your local codes, this process be pretty straight forward.
Q:1. If I purchase your CAD file design, Can I change over 2X6 construction to 2x4 construction ? 2. If you have roof trusses can that be changed over as well? 3. If this CAD compatible with CAD 2010 We are looking at design 44651
A:Hi,
1. You can change to 2x4 as long as it meets local code.
2. We supply a roof layout plan but you will need a Truss design from your local supplier.
3. We can save down to 2010 AutoCAD version, make sure to include that information with the order (you must ask for Bonnie Drew when you call to place the order and remind her to put this note on the order). 800-482-0464 ex 405
