A:it would ad 504 square feet

A:These window are custom made , only the manufacturer would be able to answer about the triple e .
Q:Dear folks,
How can we see more of plan 48040 before we buy your plans. Is there more pictures, or more pictures of an actual house, or a built house somewhere in Texas? Or maybe you have a 3d to view? We need to see more before we buy.
Thanks,
Doug Sprado
A:But we don't have any more image than what you see on the website.
Q:One last question. Does the basement footprint follow the extended area of the first floor out to a point, or is the basement plan more “rectangular”. I am planning to build on a sloped lot, so I would basically want the basement to be just “3 walls”, i.e. front and two sides; sort of a “walkout basement” or “daylight basement”. Does this sound possible per your plans?
Don Glenn
A:The basement follow the exact footprint of the main floor , you can decide to do wood wall on one side to do a walk-out basement .
Q:Does the basement mirror the upper floor length and width, or is it smaller?
A:6" less , in each side
Q:What does the basement layout look like?
A:They're is no layout for the basement , it is an open space with just the staircase going up and a couple of post (4)to support the main floor .
Q:I would choose not to go with the fireplace. Is a window added on both sides and where is the hot water heater?
A:They're is no window added , it's just that they are balanced without the fireplace.
The water heater is in the basement.
Q:How is the 45 degree angle in the living/dining room framed for the roof? The plan says Truss roof framing, but i need a little clarification. If you could send a section showing that, it would help greatly.
A:The roof inthe living/dining area is made with 18" prefab joist.
Q:We were wondering how much cupboard space there is in the kitchen, and what everything is on the stair wall in kitchen, can't enlarge big enough to see clearly.
A:On the staircase wall, you will find the ovens. refrigerator and the pantry.
There isn't any high cabinets, but you have where the sink is 11'-7" lineau of base cabinets.
