Q: If you build on a slab where does the furnace and hot water heater go? Thanks.
A: The plans call for a tankless water heater, a water heater tank can be places in the rear storage closet if desired. A/C air handler is located in the attic by pull down attic stairs
Q: Hi. House plan 61437 shows a window on upper level. Is this storage space, bonus room, attic? You have a staircase drawn in to go to a basement on these plans--can this ascend to upper area instead? In estimating cost to build is that with labor included or just basic materials? Thank you for sending this information.
A: That window is for appearance only. The stairs could go up to the attic, the negative is the living room gets narrower by the width of the stairs
