A:What are the measurement for the kitchen approx. 12' x 11' ,master bathroom approx. 10' x 9' ,laundry room including water closet 6' x 10' and bathroom? hall bath is 8' x 5' with an option to extend the bath a foot with a cantilever.
Q:Could there be bonus space in the attic?
A:There could be room over the Garage for attic trusses to provide a bonus room, stairs would need to run along side the house wall from about the Kitchen entry over to about the middle of the MBR walk-in closet. The roof pitch would need to be raised from 7/12 to at least 8/12, 9/12 would be better.
Q:Looks like 2 closets in the Master Bedroom, what are the dimensions?
A:approx. 4'-6" x 9'-0" & 5'-0" x 6'-0" (inside dimensions)
Q:What is the bath tub and shower size in the Master?

Q:Could you please verify how the SF of this plan was calculated. I added all the dimensions of the basement and calculated approx 1528.5 sf. I then added 2x4 exterior wall(61.5sf), so total = approx 1590. Not 1527 as advertised. Q&A states sf includes ouside walls
A:The square footage of the main floor is calculated from the outside dimensions, the exterior walls do not go beyond that space.
Q:I love this plan & also the 62627 plan, which is quite similar. We do not want a basement; what size is the area that shows the stairwell? Also wondering about the size of the closets in the secondary bedrooms. Thanks so much.
A:The stairwell is about 7’ x 8’ including the guest closet.
