Plan Description
The beautiful mix of materials of this rustic home, including brick, stone, and shake siding, give it massive curb appeal. With timber columns on stone bases, the covered front porch invites you in through its arched entry. From the foyer, with its 11’ ceiling, a sight is truly to be held by the dining room on the left being open to the kitchen and Great Room. A: The garage shifts to allow a staircase in the hall between the garage and laundry.

A: No, the hall expands to allow placement of the stairs. We have other versions of this plan available.
A: We can provide an unfinished basement foundation for $250.
A: The basement stair location will be between the garage and laundry…the garage pushes out about 4’ to the front for space for the stair location.

The main ceiling of house plan is 9’ except for in the rooms listed above; the master has a 9’ ceiling. The reason bedroom 2 is 10’ and not 9’ is because its plate line wall needed to match up to the 10’ plate line of rear great room wall to create the vault in the house plan.
