A: This home is designed with 14" deep open web floor trusses for both first and second floor structure and roof trusses with some hand framing to finish roof plains. Structural trusses for roof and 14" open web floor trusses accomodate the most demanding local design criteria in the United States. Wherever this home is built it will have to be reviewed by local code officials and approved for construction. No modification in floor depths or truss profiles will be required. Structural sections of all concrete conditions are provided as well. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your interest in my plan.
