We are sorry, but an estimated cost build is not available for this particular plan.
A: Good Morning, Thank you for your question regarding plan #41159. When it comes to the upstairs having a 2 bedroom apartment, it looks like this plan has a recreation room above it. If you would like to add in a 2 bedroom apartment, you are welcome to send us a detailed list or sketch of the layout and details you would like to incorporate into the new apartment area. We will be able to then provide you a quote for your modification request. We did find an alternate plan that is very similar to the plan you have picked out but already has an upstairs apartment. We have included a link to the alternate plan below. This will potentially save on modification costs and may better suit your design goals. All of our plans are modifiable to meet your plan needs. We also have included finished photos of the garage to help better visualize the built structure. https://www.familyhomeplans.com/house-plan-59472 Thank you, Jaycee I apologize for the inconvenience, we do not have finished photos of this garage available. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused. Thank you
