A: Peter, 1. This plan has a 9’-0” garage plate height (ceiling height) and the interior loft walls are located at the 5’-0” and vault to the ridge. When building a flat area could be located at 8’ or 9’ depending on the wishes of the owner. 2. As with any stock plan sale you may purchase the plans should be verified to meet local codes and special requirements such as high wind, snow, or seismic loads. Your builder will be a great help with this and what is required for permitting as well as being familiar with a local engineer or architect. 3. The plans do not include a materials list.
