Q:Hello... Great plan... out of curiosity, why is it not available for Michigan?
A:Thanks for your inquiry. It may be available in Michigan depending upon the area in which you would want to build. When we design a plan for a builder we give them “protection from their competition” by granting them the exclusive right to use the plan in their geographic location. If you let me know where you are looking to build I can find out if that area would be workable for this plan.
