Answer: Four sides exterior elevations with detailed description/drawings of finishes 1st floor (all dimensions, door sizes, window sizes, etc) 2nd floor (all dimensions, door sizes, window sizes, etc) Unfinished basement (all dimensions, door sizes, window sizes, etc) Roof plan (all hips, ridges, valleys, pitches, etc) Typical framing dimension details Footing plan with all footing details Floor joists and beam layout for each level Electrical plan

Question: Hi there, Is the basement and 3rd floor seen in the gallery of this plan a default for the plans or just a modification? Thank you very much!
Answer: There is an unfinished basement on this plan (you can see walk out on rear exterior photos). But it is not finished. All of the pictures shown on the website are of the 1st and 2nd floors only.

Answer: All exterior elevations, detailed floor plans of all levels, foundation plans, floor joists layout, roof plans, detail sheets (framing, footings, cornice, etc), & electrical.

Question: Love the first floor design with laundry by master and access to WIC. But, not looking for that much square footage upstairs. Is there similar plan you've designed with less square footage up?
Answer: No but you could leave a few rooms on 2nd floor as unfinished bonus space.
