Schematic Electrical Layouts: (call 1-800-236-5700 before ordering to confirm availability) show the suggested locations for switches, fixtures and outlets. These details may be shown on the floor plan or on a separate diagram.
Detailed Floor Plans: show the placement of interior walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc., of each level of the house.
Due to regional variations, local availability of materials, local codes, methods of installation, and individual preferences, it is impossible to include detail on heating and plumbing work on your plans. The duct work, venting, and other details will vary depending on the type of heating and cooling system (forced air, hot water, electric, solar) and the type of energy (gas, oil, electricity, solar) that you use. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers.

Q:I am wondering what the room height is for the basement, intergenerational suite, and the main floor and upstairs of this home?
A:The headroom is 8 feet at every point, for this model. A PDF is an electronic version of the plan that comes with a copyright release. The CAD file is used by design professionals to make changes to the plans. Both the PDF and CAD are emailed to you after purchase.

Q:-on plan #50308, is there a "crawl space" under the intergenerational 615 sq ft suite? -what are the ceiling heights for each of the levels? -where are the home mechanicals located (i.e. hot water tank, furnace, etc.)? -on the main floor, are there full walls or 1/2 walls between the kitchen & dining room; the hallway of the bedroom level & the staircase to the lower level/foyer? -is there attic access in the area above the main floor liv/din/kit? . . .main floor bedrooms? -is there a door for the staircase leading from the main floor foyer to the intergenerational level? -has the exterior facade been imagined in any other home style, i.e. Rustic,country,coastal, etc.? (it is great as is but I'm just curious.) Thanks for the information
A:-The unfinished part, it is a basement 8 'tall. For the rest of the house, there is a slab on grade, so no there is no crawlspace.
-All levels are 8 'tall.
-The mechanical room is in the basement below the entrance.
-Between the kitchen and the dining-room is a wall of 42' high.
-Upstairs, the hallway of the rooms is surrounded by a railing.
-Access to the attic is from the chamber 2.
-There is only one door to enter the intergenerational.
-Not only is the front like that.
