Q:A couple of questions: 1 - How does the CAD file come? Email? CD? Or do you give me credentials to your portal to download? 2- Can you quote me a package of 2 sets of plans plus a CAD file? A:The CAD file comes by email and is compatible with any version of AutoCad after 2000

A:The walls are 10’ tall and the ceiling vaults up to a peak. Approx 18 at it’s highest point.

Q:can I change fireplace for wood burning catalytic stove?

Q:We are very serious about buying this plan to build. We, however, would like to know if extending the Kitchen pantry (we would like to significantly increase the size) to the master bedroom closet is even a possibility due to the load bearing wall it would have to extend through. My guess is it would have to be asked of the designer.

Q:why is there no toilet in the main bathroom. only one I see is in master bedroom. Not ideal for guest.
A:There is actually a toilet between the vanity and tub. It was just omitted in the rendering by mistake. Sorry for the confusion.
