Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:When the basement option is chosen and the basement staircase is added, will the staircase be stacked with the existing staircase? I want to know if the total living area and the dimensions of the plan stay the same.
A:That is correct....the stairs are stacked in the basement option, so the square footage and footprint of the plan stays the same.

Q:Two more question. Most every inch of this plan is taken up but i see no provision for A/C or hot water tank. And if it were to be put on a slab how would the refrigerant lines be run to the outside
A:The WH and HVAC are located in the attic space so as not to take up valuable floor area. Refrigerant lines simply run through the attic space.
