Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:What size windows are on this home?
A:The windows across the front porch are 2-8x6-0. The remaining window sizes are given on the construction documents that you will receive when purchasing the plan.
Date Posted: 04-Nov-19
If this style home was 1 story, what roof pitch would you recommend?
A:If you took the front gable off and did a single slope roof...I would recommend maybe an 8:12. However, you could use whatever pitch you want. The 10:12 that is currently there is what allows for adequate headroom and makes the 2nd floor possible.

Q:Is this plan available in a single story design?
A:There is not a specific design with that particular option, but the customer can simply just build the first floor only and have the stairs incorporated into making the closet larger.
