Due to regional variations, local availability of materials, local codes, methods of installation, and individual preferences, it is impossible to include detail on heating and plumbing work on your plans. The duct work, venting, and other details will vary depending on the type of heating and cooling system (forced air, hot water, electric, solar) and the type of energy (gas, oil, electricity, solar) that you use. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers.

This house has a bedrooms that are 8'8x9'2, question. Are those rooms he actual size of the room with the closet or not? If not what's the actual room size. Can this house also not have a chimney and the door where the chimney would be? And can the roof line be extended to create a porch the width of the house like a craftsman? Can the plan also include concrete block exterior walls and a slab foundation? This home is going to be built in Florida. I'm planning on downsizing and want to make this us the one for me. Thank you for your time. Efrain G.
A:The dimensions of the bedrooms do include the closets. Everything mentioned by the client can be modified with the exception of the exterior walls made of concrete blocks; we have to keep the 2 x 6 stud walls.
The price to do the modifications is 720$ and the turnaround time is 2 – 3 weeks.
