Q:Does the total living area square footage of 2256 includes the dimensions of hallways, closets, bathrooms, powder room and laundry rooms? House is 55 by 53 that adds up to roughly 2900 SQ feet
A:The 2256 s.f. includes all living areas. It does not include the garage, the bonus area, or the upper part of the 2 story great room. Hallways, staircases, and other rooms are included.

Q:What are the dimensions of the bathroom and the hall in the upper level? On the specifications you state that the upper living area dimension is 563 sq ft. The sum of both bedrooms is 282.02 sq ft. That will leave a total of 280.98 sq ft for the bathroom and hallway. Is that correct?
A:The bathroom interior dimensions are 7’ 10” x 8’8”
The hallway interior dimensions are roughly 5’8” x 12’2”
The square footages of the bedrooms are approx. 375s.f. (exterior dimensions)
The hall & bath are approx. 150 s.f. (exterior dimensions)
These measurements do not add up to our figure of 563 because the stairs are not included
The total square footage figures given for the 1st & 2nd floors are Exterior measurements. The dimensions given within the rooms on the floor plans are Interior dimensions.
