Question: I’m debating on order these plans in a CAD file because I would like to make a change by adding a 3rd garage bay. If I was to add the 3rd bay does this automatically change the roof line and update the material list?
Answer: No. The CAD files are not produced in a 3D format that will update all drawings by changing the floor plans. Each sheet of the drawings is an individual CAD file produced in AutoCAD .dwg format. You will need knowledge of this type of software, and have basic drafting skills in order to modify the files yourself.

Question: Hi I was wondering you gave specs of the rooms of 2nd bath and pantry I was wondering what the deminisions of the powder room Thanks Ann Marie
Answer: In Bath 2, the sink area is 7-2 x 5-2 and the toilet/tub area is 6-0 x 5-0. Pantry is 6-2 x 4-2 and powder is 6-0 x 5-2.

Question: Hi! I have a few questions about this floor plan: Can you give me the dimensions of the pantry, shower in the master bath, and bathroom #2 (sink area and tub/toilet area)? Also, can you tell me what kind of lighting is shown on the plans for the kitchen and living room? Thank you!
Answer: Dimensions requested are listed below: Pantry - 6'x4' Shower - 5.5'x4' Bath 2 Sink Area - 7'x5' Bath 2 Tub/Toilet - 6'x5' As for the lighting, we do not have information regarding the specific fixtures used in the photos, but the plans show recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and pendant lights as reflected in the images.
