Q:We would like to do a partial walkout basement under the master and kitchen area with regular crawl space foundation under the remaining house. Will this be an issue with this plan? What additional cost for plans?
A:Hello, See plan 59140 for the basement version of this plan. We could start with it, and customize the basement to be a partial walkout, crawlspace elsewhere, with slab on front porch and garage. Rear porch would have a basement level covered patio below it.
The cost to modify this plan with the custom foundation/partial basement would be $350 in addition to the purchase of the plan package. Allow 5 to 7 working days for prelim. plans, and another 6 to 10 working days for final plans. Thanks.
