Question: I was wondering what the total square footage on the house was? With the garage and also without?
Answer: Hello, The footages are as follows
2200 s.f. heated
1062 s.f. unheated
371 s.f. unfinished bonus room
3633 s.f. total under roof including bonus room
This footage is from outside of studs to outside of studs.

Answer: Sure. See plan 59203. The basement is the same shape as the heated/cooled areas of the first floor. The basement comes as unfinished, with no exterior windows or doors. You can add those onsite with the contractor, or we can modify the plan however you would want. If you need a quote, just let me know. Thanks.
