Our plans include the following:
1- Exterior elevations showing the front, rear and sides, with window nomenclatures, roof pitches and any necessary dimensions.
2- Basement foundations with poured concrete walls. Plans show required footings, beams and cross sections of each type of wall. Also shown are the locations for a future bath, a scapewel with egress window and the proposed locations for the furnace, water heater and electric service.
3- A detailed floor plan showing all exterior and interior dimensions, window locations and manufacturer code numbers (Andersen or Pella), all door opening sizes and door swings, cabinet layouts and a proposed electrical layout.
4- A complete truss roof plan (note: truss roofs must be engineered by the manufacturer).
5- Cross sections of all areas that a builder/carpenter would require.
6- General specification drawing in ½” scale

A:Answers to your questions:
All of my plans show the following;
1- Proposed electrical layout, showing suggested locations for lights, switches, outlets (duplex, ground fault and 220 v) , smoke detectors and service panel. Plans also show suggested locations for phone jacks and television jacks.
2- Plumbing fixture locations, including sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, laundry tubs, water heaters and floor drains are shown on all plans. The layout and installation of water supply lines, drains and vents are NOT shown on my plans and are the responsibility of the plumbing contractor as required by the local plumbing codes.
3- All windows show the code numbers for a window manufacturer, usually Andersen, but in some cases Pella.
4- All plans include a suggested kitchen/bath/laundry cabinet layout, with all cabinet sizes shown.
