A: Hello, We have a version with the garage on the LEFT side with CRAWLSPACE foundation type available with 2x4 exterior walls at no extra charge. If you need it with the garage on the right, or ANY other foundation except crawlspace, then we would have to create it through modifications. You could very easily just make that change onsite since the walls get smaller, not thicker, you just get an extra 2" of space on the interior of the house. If you need the plans modified, the cost would be $175 extra. Allow 5 to 8 working days. This extra fee does not apply if you need the house with garage on left, and a crawlspace foundation. Thanks.
