Question: I'm looking for some dimensions on areas of this plan: Can you tell me if the garage dimensions of 23x27 include the stairwell to the basement? Is it correct that the dimension from the edge of the kitchen bar to the dining area wall is 10'10"? Also, can you tell me the dimensions of the hallway between bedroom 2 and 3 as well as the dimensions of the bath areas for those two bedrooms? Same question for the half bath as well as the linen and storage closet near the half bath. Thank you so much! We really like this floor plan and just want to make sure we are understanding the dimensions of everything.
Answer: Hello, The garage depth of 27 feet is from front wall of the offset on front of garage to the wall between the stairs and garage... So thats the distance across that left exterior wall of the garage. It does not include the basement stairs. Yes, its exactly 10'-10" from edge of counter on island to wall on right side. The hallway on the right end is 3'-8" wide by 14'-8" long, (useable space) Each sink/toilet area is 4 feet wide by 8'-3", the tub area is 7'-4" x 6'-0" Half bath is 3'-2" x6'-7" storage closet is 2'x4' linen is 2'x3'-3 The room sizes are all giving you the useable space inside each room, and do not include the walls.. Thanks.
