A: See plan 59980. It is the same plan, and is available with a basement. The exterior is a different color in the rendering, but its the same. The basement is the same size and shape as the heated/cooled areas on the main floor. Basement comes as empty, unfinished space with one row of support posts in the middle, and one egress window with optional window well on the rear, under the master suite. Basement comes with approx. 9' ceiling height. Thanks.
