Q:WHere would the basement stairs be? Are all ceiling heights 9', or do they vary? i.e. vaults and cathedral- and to what heights? Does basement option go all under heated square footage of 1st floor, or only a portion? Thanks!
A:You can go down into the basement from inside the house if you want to go into the attic from the garage… or you can go down into the basement from the garage and into the attic from the house, as shown on the floor art.
All ceilings are 9’-0”.
Basement goes under all heated areas of the house. It does not go under the garage or porches.

Q:What is bonus room size?
A:There is no plan for a bonus room but you have enough room for a (approx) 20' x 35' bonus over the main body of the house or a smaller room over the garage. You could work with your builder to create the size you are looking for.
