Q:House has 6/12 pitch . Width is 33 ft wide and depth is 36 ft. Ridge should be front to back? Makes all the difference in design. Please verify. Thanks Tommy Webb
A:Roof is 6/12 front to back and 8/12 side to side to achieve that roofline.

Q:Hi, im a new designer and i typically just stick to Home Design 3D and Decor Matters which are 2 really basic apps. I was wondering what you used to create the covers for the designs. If its sketchup, photoshop, or something else. Just curious, thank you!

Q:on your crawlspace can you make it for a concrete block pier type instead of a continueous block wall? you know the old style where a concrete block pier is built on a footing every 6 to 8 feet?
A:We could do that but there would be an additional charge of $300 for a new foundation. Unless you are not allowed onsite changes your builder should be able to convert our crawlspace foundation for you pretty easy.
