Q:My main question is can the elevator be designed to go to the third floor. It looks like it will work but your plans do not have the elevator shown going to the second floor. I thought that was odd? I take it there is no electrical or HAVC drawings? I noticed a place for the hot water heater but what about the HAVC? Without these additional drawings will I need to get someone else to provide those for permitting?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an elevator on the third floor, mainly beacause of the slopped ceilings on that floor. We do not provide the HAVC drawings, this woud have to be checked in locally with a mechanical engineer. The HAVC unit is located next to the water heater, under the stairs.

Q:I have to figure out lot restrictions please. Can you tell me the depth of the house foot print, as well as the depth of both the front/back porch?
A:Good day and thank you for taking the time to write.
The foot print of the house is 72' wide x 43' deep.
The widths of the porches are as follows,
8' in fromt of the living room
22' 8" in fromt of the bath
20' in front of the french doors
12' at the center
6' at the 'check'
