Question: I ask about the terrace floor plan with this house plan recently,but will it cost more to build since the terrace floor plan is not included in the square feet?I am planning on building a house in a about 2 months.I really like the house plan.
Answer: Although the basement is not A/C and not included in the square footage you will still have some cost to build involving framing, etc. The cost will be less than if you were to finish and heat/cool.
