Q:can this plan be ordered without the basement option? Do you also have something real similar that is 2400 to 2400 sf? We will definitely wan the mother n law addition but don't quite need the 2830 sf. Would like around 2400 with a bonus room option
A:Plans will need to be modified to have a basement. We have plans 98267 & 72221 around 2500 SF. These homes could be modified to include an in-law suite (which would add more sq. ft.). Feel free to submit a modification request for any of the homes suggested and we’ll be happy to help.

Q:How can the basement be 3316 SF and the main floor is 2830 SF? The in-law suite is listed as 694 SF in one of the prior answers. Wouldn't the main floor be 3316-694
A:Wall thicknesses affect square footage. Basement in under the entire house.

Q:What would be the total sq. ft without the in-law suite? I tried to calculate but my numbers didn't match the ones listed. Could we delete the inlaw suite and convert to 2 full baths for the bedrooms instead of sharing? If so, could you tell me the heated sq. feet for the main floor only?

Q:Why 2830 sq ft on main level and 3316 basement sq ft?
A:On the first floor, the in-law suite is considered future space and not counted as part of the heated sq. ft.
On the basement, the area below the inlaw suite is included in all of the basement “future” sq. ft.
