Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Could you please send us the floorplan with the crawl space configuration? i.e. without the basement staircase? Thanks.
A:We do not have a floor plan we can send. We typically make the area where the stairs are into a mechanical room for the furnace and water heater. If they want to put that in the garage, then the current staircase area could just be open space.

Q:I like this floor plan but do not see where the stairs in the foyer lead to. Also do you offer a brick rendering?
A:Thank you for your interest in our home plans. The staircase leads down to the basement. A stock plans comes with an unfinished foundation. However, we can supply you with a personalized design for the lower level space as a plan modification. We do not have a brick elevation for this particular plan but this can also be changed as a plan modification. If you have any questions please let me know.
