Question: Is a walkout basement available? Would the basement have to be framed to hold up the subfloor? Can a linen closet be put in the master bathroom?
Answer: The foundation is currently not shown as a walkout but can be revised to do so. The lower level does not need to be framed but you have the option of structuring the lower level with bearing walls or posts and beams. The master bathroom can also be revised to include the linen closet.
