Q:If I order a set of this house plan then it will show the contractor how to build the basement?
A:A basement plan consists of a foundation which is the concrete structure that also supports the house. Then it may include a finished floor plan or unfinished area. Our plans include a foundation plan with structure noted. However, it would be shown as a flat lot and would not show any finished spaces. So yes, the plans would show your builder how to construct the foundation. Let us know if you have any other questions.
