Our drawings are designed to be as user friendly as possible knowing that each location will present a different set of regulations to be enforced based upon your local jurisdiction. With that in mind, our plans are compliant with the current IRC (International Residential Code); however, our plans are not engineered to meet your local structural requirements that exist. Minor revisions or supplemental information may be required to comply with local codes, zoning requirements, and building regulations. We recommend that you consult with a local engineer/building codes department in these matters. If your region requires engineered drawings (i.e. hurricane, seismic, etc) or stamped plans, you or your builder will be responsible for having the drawings we provide adapted to meet your local codes.
