Q:Is it possible to get a rendering of this with brick and natural stone accent exterior? Also, are any 3D interior renderings available? Are there real photographs of the house built? Is there adequate space to add an additional bathroom and closet to the bonus room area? Could the stairway be left open on the study side? What changes would be made to the exterior for a crawlspace foundation?
A:Currently there no renderings showing the exterior as stone with brick. There also are no interior renderings or photos yet.
There is plenty of room to add a bath/closet to the bonus area.
The study could be a more open space to the foyer and stair by removing the double doors.
There is no exterior change required for a crawlspace foundation.

No pictures of this one yet. Its hot off our boards. #58275 is not the same designer. We do not have a walkout basement plan yet, but one will be available. It will mimic the main level in terms of window/column placement along the rear wall of the home.
