Most house plans include full framing plans. If they are not included the information appears on floor plans. You may wish to verify this before ordering.
HousePlans are designed to meet International Residential Code (IRC) and CABO. Some local and regional building code departments require additional information. Please verify what is acceptable in your area. Many times house plans can be marked with the upgrades necessary to meet these local codes. Re producibles are available if you wish to make these changes prior to final printing.

Q:What is the total width to include overhangs? Is the optional rear entry just a detached garage that would be accessible from the rear only?
A:This house has a basement garage entered from the side. Look at the lower level plan. If your lot does not allow for that a detached garage can be added. The overhangs add a minimum of 2' to the width of the house. Total 32' wide.

A:A lower level is shown which includes a drive under garage and finished space. There are photos of the inside in the gallery of pics.
