A: The available space on the basement level is any area underneath heated/cooled space on the main level. (double lines represent an 8 inch concrete basement wall. Yes, you can walkout to whatever side is suited on your specific lot. We typically show the rear house wall (basement level) as accessible to grade; which is most common but, many times folks choose to use a side depending on the fall of their land. I attached a diagram below and there is a lot of available space.

A material list is most likely readily available for most of our house plans; foundation type determines a specific stock of availability. Stick framing is predominant on the house plan; your local truss company will need plans to convert from stick to trusses, if desired.
