Answer: How much attic storage is upstairs across from the bonus room? THIS IS PER OWNER SPECIFICATIONS. Can more windows be added in the bonus room? CERTAINLY! Is the pantry ceiling sloped? THE MAIN PART IS NOT SLOPED. And also does it go around under the side part of the stairs? YES AND THIS PART IS SLOPED. Can we do this house except with a 3 car garage like plan 82186? SURE! WE CAN MODIFY THE PLAN TO CHANGE THE GARAGE. Thank you! VERY WELCOME!

Question: Do you have any side or rear elevation sketches? Are we right to assume the 10' plateline for the 1st floor means 10" ceiling height? Finally the front sketch shows that this house has a 3-car garage but the House Plan Specification says 2-car garage. What gives? Thanks. Bill

Question: What room is the small closet area behind the kids nook? Is the front door a double or single door?
Answer: It is a pantry; and if someone need stairs to basement that door beside the kids book will be the stair access door. Single door with enough room for a double door if desired. No changes necessary.

    What Do These Plans Include?

    FOUNDATION PLAN Most plans are available with a slab or crawlspace foundation. Optional walkout style basement (three walls masonry with a wood framed rear wall with notes for the builder to locate the windows and doors) and optional full basement foundation available if the plan allows, at an additional cost.

    FLOOR PLANS Each home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimensioned locations of walls, doors, and windows as well as a schematic electrical layout (not available for log homes).

    SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.

    KITCHEN AND BATH ELEVATIONS The kitchen and bath elevations show the arrangement and size of each cabinet and other fixtures in the room. These drawings give basic information that can be used to create customized layouts with a cabinet manufacturer.

    MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.

    ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
