A: Good morning, Since we are a national company, we do not provide plumbing plans due to EPA regulations varying so much state to state. We do call out where every plumbed fixture is to be located on the floorplan, so your plumber will use what is provided to create their own plumbing plans. Since cabinets are considered to be a finish and not a structural component of the home, we do not provide cabinet specs. Your cabinet supplier will have the capability to create you 3D layouts as needed.

What is the 195 sf of Upper Living Area considered? The bath, closet, and staircase are counted in this total. Where is the Bonus area of 443 sf? This area is labeled as Bonus Room.
