Q:I am interested in plan 86104. I'm looking for something slightly smaller, around 1600-1700 square feet. Doesn't necessarily need to have the dining area. Thanks, Anissa.

Q:I am interested in house plan 86104 but based on the images it looks there would be a water flow problem with the valley where the garage, the front porch and the main roof meet. I would like to know that there isn't a potential flaw before purchasing the plan. Are there any images that better who how that corner of the roof works out? Thanks Tim
Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding plan 86104, we have never had a water flow problem. We recommend that you take the plans to a local engineer for review after you have purchased them so that they will meet the codes in your area. This is our most popular home plan as well.
